Once you do, you can view mailer templates and personalize them for your store.Q:How do I retrieve my password?A:Click on “Forgot My Password” under the log-in box. An email will be sent to the address you used to create your account.Q:Is my information secure?A:Yes, our website is secure. Streamworks will never share your information with third parties.Q:How will I be billed for my mailing?A:One of our team members will contact you to confirm your event design, costs and details before anything is printed or mailed. You will receive an invoice from the team member working on your sale event prior to your mail date.
Q:How long will it take to produce my order?A:We recommend selecting a date at least 4 weeks in advance of creating your mailer to allow plenty of time for printing and mailing.Q:How long will it take for my mailers to be delivered?A:This depends on what part of the country your store is located, but on average, mailers are delivered within 5-7 postal days once we put them into the mail stream. Our team will work with you to make sure your mailers reach buyers at the right time for your sale event.
Q:Is there a minimum quantity needed for placing an order?A:Yes, the minimum quantity is 10,000 records. We can help you target new buyers to reach this quantity.Q:How do I provide my mailing list?A:One of our team members will reach out to confirm your order details; you can either email your list to them or upload it to our FTP site.Q:How should I file format my mailing list?A:We recommend you format your mailing list per the below sample.Q:What kind of mailing lists can I use to promote my sale event?A:You can use your house mailing list, purchase a list to target new buyers or use a saturation list to target every household in your area. Our team will work with you to figure out the option that is best for you.Q:I’m not sure who to mail to – can you help me?A:Absolutely! We have been helping furniture stores target new buyers for over 15 years.

Q:What forms of payment do you accept?A:We can accept check, money order, wire transfer or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover).Q:When is payment due?A:Payment is due before we deliver your mailers into the mail stream.Q:What’s included in the prices shown?A:The prices shown on this site include online customization of the mailer, printing, complete mailing services, addressing, a saturation mailing list and postage based on mailing the 10,000 minimum quantity.Q:Do I have to sign a contract to use this website?A:No, we will never ask you to sign a contract to work with us.

Q:How do I customize the sale event design templates shown for my store?A:You have two options to customize the templates. You can follow the prompts and do it yourself on this site or call 844.372.0530 and have Streamworks customize it for you.Q:What items on design templates can be customized for my store?A:Our templates have 20+ fields you can customize including: sale event theme and dates, your store’s logo and information, promotional offers, and featured manufacturers.Q:Are custom designs available?A:Yes! We have a full library of designs that can be customized for your store’s events. Call to talk to one of our team members to learn more and request samples.Q:Can you coordinate my event’s direct mail design with other collateral like email and store signage?A:Yes! We have a full design department that can carry through your mailer’s design to email, store hang tags, ad inserts and more. We’ll keep your design on file if you want to tweak it for a future sale event.
